These terms apply to your use of plotiwa, including our website, desktop apps, web app and mobile apps (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use plotiwa on behalf of a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything your organisation puts into plotiwa. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to access other organisations' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.
Early access and pricing
Some features may be marked as beta and can change. Pricing is not yet published; we will tell you about any charges before they apply to your organisation.
Availability
We work hard to keep plotiwa available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending your use
You can stop using plotiwa at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an organisation leaves, we can provide an export of its data on request.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will let you know in advance in the app or by email.
